Once she showed us her plan and strategy for listing and selling our home, we signed the contract and did a couple things to update the home before listing. The updates took longer than expected and she was patient and never made us feel rushed like we were holding her up. We were already stressing about it because the market was starting to change and we needed to sell the home! Once we were done updating, she got someone there to take the pics and got it on the market at 9am on a Friday. We had a full price offer by that evening! “I know Michelle had other clients, but she made me feel like I was the only one she was working for at the time. She always showed up and when she suggested to the selling agent that the house was overpriced, they lowered the price the following day by $10,000. Michelle walked me through every step of this purchase and answered any questions. She also made sure the newly installed water heater was properly permitted from the City of Pasco. In doing so, the installer had quite a bit of work to finish up to get it to properly pass inspection. The inspectors she selected did a very thorough job of looking over the property. Michelle also gave names of roofers and and other contractors she would recommend for work that needed done on the property. I would highly recommend Michelle for anyone looking to purchase some property.”
